Original site of Tte United States Submarine Plaque.

"Men still on patrol".

This Rose Garden is dedicated to all United States Navy personnel who served at the Port of Albany during W.W.II.

The memorial is now located adjacent to the America`s Signal Lookout at the Princess Royal Fortress.
