This foundation stone was laid by His Excellency the Governor of Victoria General Sir Dallas Brooks K.C.B.  K.C.M.G.  K.C.V.O.  D.S.O.  K.St.J. on 17th August 1956

Plaque :

This building was erected by the people of Willaura & District as a memorial to all those who served in the 2nd World War

1939 - 45

It was declared open on Nov. 15th 1957 by the Hon. H. E. Bolte M.L.A. Premier of Victoria
