Moora Tin Digger is a scrap iron sculptured figure of a soldier which commemorates servicemen who were based in the Moora area between 1941 and 1945.

Moora played host to a large number of soldiers during World War Two. An operational unit was based at Berkshire Valley and numerous other units were stationed around the district.
