Glenorchy War Memorial was erected in memory of those from the district who served in World War One. This memorial replaces the original war memorial which took the form of a clock tower erected in front of the Council chambers and unveiled on the 21st January, 1922.

It has grey rendered pillars which contain white marble tablets. There is a cross on the top of the pillars.
