The wooden honour roll commemorates former students of the school who served in World War One. This roll supplements the original roll which was unveiled on the 24th May 1915.

This roll was presented by L. D. Gibson and A. G. Beech on the 24th May 1916.

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 1916. Last Empire Day the local Empire Day committee presented the local State school with an Honor Board containing the names of old scholars who had enlisted in the Empire's service. Owing to the large number of recent enlistments the Board has been found too small to contain all the names, and Mr A Beech generously donated a similar one. Now, Mr Gibson, chairman of the school committee, has undertaken to have the Board inscribed at his expense.
