Firefighters MemorialPrint Page
A monument commemorates the firefighters from Ballarat who served in World War One.
The original memorial was across the road and had fallen into disrepair over the years and been forgotten. It was badly damaged by grass slashers and was going to be removed. However the Ballarat City Fire brigade initiated a new monument and were able to protect the original from further damage.
