Yarra Junction Avenue of Honour commemorates the Centenary of ANZAC and those who served in World War One.

Upper Yarra Museum and the Upper Yarra RSL planned a project to replant a memorial avenue of trees for the Anzac Centenary. The original memorial trees were positioned along one side of the Yarra Junction Sports Ground near the memorial gates. The trees featured individual picket fence guards and copper name plates with the names of the World War One fallen. The new avenues are planted at the station sites along the old Lilydale to Warburton Rail Trail.
