A stained glass window installed in St Mark's Chapel, HMAS Cerberus is a dedication to the people who have served in the Naval Health Services over the past 100 years.

The window was designed, crafted and donated by Commodore Dacre Smyth, a former Commanding Officer of Cerberus now retired.
