An avenue of trees commemorates those who have served in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved.
A monument erected in 2005 commemorates the planting of trees in memory of those from the Stanley Flat district who served in World War One and World Two.

THE AVENUE OF TREES BEFORE YOU WERE PLANTED IN MEMORY OF THE SONS AND DAUGHTERS FROM THE
STANLEY FLAT DISTRICT THAT SERVED OUR COUNTRY DURING THE FIRST AND SECOND WORLD WARS
They shall grow not old as we that are left grow old
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them
