A garden commemorates Australian servicemen and women who have served in all wars and conflicts.
The gardens received a grant of $4000 from the Deparment of Veterans Affairs ‘Saluting Their Service’ programme on 10 February 2010. The purpose of the grant was to ‘Construct a memorial garden at Heatley State Primary School for the school community to use for commemorative services”.
