The Remembrance Walk commemorates those who have served in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved.

The Walk consists of two groups of four brick pillars situated at either end of a concrete footpath. Originally on top of each group, a thick vine provided a 'roof' over the pillars.

At the front of the first group are brass plaques, one with 'Remembrance Walk', the other has the Ode. At the rear of the second group are brass plaques for National Servicemen and Ex-service women. Attached to the insides of the pillars are small brass plaques for individual returned service personnel who either died during their service or who have passed away since returning home. Additional plaques have been added at a later date.
