The monument commemorates those from Woolooga and District who have served in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved. It is a brick shelter with a tin roof displaying the honour rolls of both World Wars and commemorative plaques. 

 A tree planted in 1995 as part of Australia Remembers (1945 -1995) is located adjacent to the monument.
