Theodore War Memorial commemorates Australian servicemen and women who have served in all wars and conflicts.

The memorial consists of two pillars rising from a tiered platform are linked across the top by a long crosspiece bearing the words, Lest We Forget, and the dates 1914-1918 and 1939-1945. Painted white, the pillars carry the names of conflicts from the Boer War to East Timor.  In the centre is an eternal flame.

A plaque commemorating the 50th anniversary of the end of World War Two has been added to the memorial.
