The War Memorial commemorates those from Rosedale and Tottenham who died in service or were killed in action in World Wars One and Two. The memorial was originally erected in memory of those who lost their lives in World War One. An additional plaque was added to the memorial at a a later date to commemorate the fallen of World War Two.

The committee responsible for the erection of the monument in memory of fallen soldiers is at present busily engaged in burning off and clearing the erected site which has been dedicated for the purpose, near the station. It is anticipated that the whole work will be completed before the end of the present year.
