The Proserpine Cenotaph commemorates those from the district who died in service or were killed in action during World War One, World War Two and the Korean War. The memorial was originally erected in memory of the fallen of World War One. 

Monument characteristics :

A brick monument in three combined winged sections, with an Australian Commonwealth Military Forces badge on the centre section with three marble honour rolls listing the names of the fallen, the units in which they served and the date of death.
