Yorketown War Memorial commemorates those from the district who have served in conflicts in which Australia has been involved.

The memorial comprises an arch and a wall of remembrance containing plaques commemorating conflicts in which Australia has been involved.  Behind the arch is a grey paved area with a white cross of sacrifice in the tiles and a plaque set on an angled block of concrete containing the names of those who lost their lives in both World Wars in front of the wall of remembrance. The memorial was rededicated on the 10th November 2002.
