The monument commemorates those who have served in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved.

The monument comprises a curved cut stone wall in three sections. On the left section is a circular bronze wreath, on the centre section is a white Cross of Sacrifice superimposed with a Crusader's sword point down, on the right wall are three bronze plaques set on square black granite bases. A plaque was unveiled on the wall on November 10, 2018, to commemorate the centenary of Armistice.
