The hall commemorates those who died in service or were killed in action in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved.

The foundation stone and memorial window were removed from the previous memorial hall which was opened in 1926. The hall was renovated in 2002.

This stone was laid by His Excellency the Governor Sir Tom Bridges., K.C.B., K.C.M.G., D.S.O.

24th Feb. 1926 

Plaque :

This Memorial Hall was dedicated by the Rev. D. W. Brockhoff on 13th October 1961.

To perpetuate the memory of those who paid the supreme sacrifice
