An initiative of the Northcote R.S.L. Sub Branch Inc. & Darebin City Council opened on this day 7th April 2002 by the Hon. Mary Delahunty MP Member for Northcote Minister for Planning.
Design, constuction and installation by artist Anderson Hunt and Down Street Studioes. Landscape Design by Cicada Blue.
