A monument commemorates those from the district who died in service or were killed in action in World Wars One and Two. The memorial was originally erected in memory of those who lost their lives in World War One with an additional plaque at a later date added to commemorate a fallen soldier of World War Two.

The monument has had two pillars added in proximity to it which list the names of Mystic Park residents who have served in all conflicts.
