The honour roll commemorates those from the District who served in World War One and World War Two.

The marble World War One Honour Roll was unveiled at the opening of the hall in 1925. Black granite tablets were added at a later date to commemorate those who served in World War Two. 

MANILLA, Monday. Mr. Wearne. Minister for Lands unveiled the Manilla war memorial tablet and officially declared the Memorial HaII open today. The tablet contains more than 300 names. The town was decorated, and sports with held in aid of the Manilla District Hospital.
