World War II 1939 - 45
[ Names ]

This memorial, erected in the year of the 50th anniversary of the conclusion of World War II, honours the sons and daughters of Australia who served our country during 1st and 2nd World Wars.

It is dedicated to those men and women who gave their lives for their country.  It is not in honour of war but in honour of the human sacrifices occasioned by war.  Let their supreme sacriffice and valour forever remind us of the heavy price paid by those Australians and allies in crushing the tyrannies of the time.
